About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at VIQU IT Recruitment. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field. A strong understanding of the technology landscape, including software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management, is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure are also important. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified IT candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and organizational culture, providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions in our CRM system.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge to stay informed about emerging trends and skill requirements in the IT sector.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
