About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Front-End Developer with a focus on TypeScript and React to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are just starting their development careers or looking to expand their expertise within a supportive and modern development environment. As a Front-End Developer, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and effective marketing websites aimed at driving lead generation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders, to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in front-end technologies, a proactive mindset for suggesting improvements, and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Front-End Development, with a focus on TypeScript and React
- Understanding of software development pipelines, Continuous Deployment, and Integration processes
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve complex technical problems
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and continuous improvement
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Developing and maintaining marketing websites to support lead generation initiatives
- Investigating complex problem statements and devising effective solutions
- Confidently delivering proposed technical plans and implementations
- Writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Understanding and applying TDD, BDD, and E2E testing methodologies when appropriate
- Proactively suggesting system improvements, new tools, or innovative ways of working
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to recommend and implement technological solutions
