Frontend Developer | £650 - £750 P/D (Inside IR35) | 6 Month Contract | London (Hybrid) | Global Retailer
We are currently seeking an experienced Front End Developer to join a high-profile programme with a leading global retail organisation based in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the development and enhancement of modern web applications, collaborating closely with product teams, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications.
- Build clean, reusable, and efficient front-end code.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with JavaScript.
- Excellent knowledge of CSS, including responsive design principles.
- Experience building modern, user-focused web applications.
- Strong understanding of web standards and browser compatibility.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Desirable Experience
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

- Rate: £650 - £750 per day
