Front End Developer (React & React Native)

Manchester / Hybrid
£50,000–£65,000 + Bonus, Private Healthcare + Other Benefits

Are you a React Developer looking to build products that reach millions of users, whilst working in a modern engineering environment where you'll continue to develop your skills? We're working with a PE-backed business that's investing heavily in its technology function and building cross-functional product teams from the ground up. This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth, working alongside experienced engineers who enjoy collaborating and shipping quality software at pace.

The Role

You'll become a key member of one of the company's product squads, developing customer-facing web and mobile app experiences for a loyalty and rewards platform. While this is primarily a front-end position, you'll also gain exposure to backend development as you grow, giving you the opportunity to become a more rounded engineer. Working closely with Product, UX, QA and Senior Developers, you'll help deliver new features, improve existing products and contribute to technical discussions from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
