About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting environmental assessments, supporting project management activities, and providing expert advice to clients across diverse sectors including construction, energy, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of environmental regulations, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to sustainable development initiatives. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, standards, and permitting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and present findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and GIS applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required for project sites.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental site assessments, including sampling, monitoring, and data analysis.
  • Prepare and review environmental reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Support project managers in planning and executing environmental projects from initiation to completion.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored environmental solutions.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local, regional, and national environmental regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the development of environmental management plans and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and compliance.
  • Stay updated on emerging environmental issues, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team knowledge sharing and development initiatives.
