Role Description

We are seeking a Graduate Junior Front-End Developer to join our innovative team. Specialising in IoT and big data analytics, we provide remote monitoring systems for the maritime and industrial sectors, with customers around the globe.

We are looking for a front-end developer at the start of their career to help build the interfaces our customers use every day, in particular:

  • Developing and maintaining user interfaces in React and TypeScript
  • Presenting vessel data, KPIs, trends and alerts in dashboards that make sense to mariners and fleet operators
  • Building responsive, accessible components that work reliably on shore and at sea
  • Writing unit tests and taking part in peer code reviews, with support from senior developers

You will be part of a wider development team spanning cloud, edge and applied systems, and you will receive structured mentorship as you grow into the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
