About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front-End Developer to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about web development, eager to enhance their skills in a supportive environment, and interested in working on impactful projects that drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging marketing websites aimed at lead generation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver innovative technological solutions. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in front-end development
  • Strong command of TypeScript and React frameworks
  • Solid understanding of development pipelines, continuous deployment, and integration processes
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in software development
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder management and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
  • Proactive attitude towards troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality work
  • Passion for continuous learning and providing exceptional service

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain marketing websites focused on lead generation, ensuring they are optimized for performance and user experience.
  • Investigate complex technical problems, analyze root causes, and articulate clear, actionable plans to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Implement proposed solutions confidently, adhering to best practices and project requirements.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality, maintainability, and reliability.
  • Understand and apply test-driven development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), and end-to-end (E2E) testing methodologies appropriately.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to existing systems, introduce new tools, or optimize workflows to enhance team productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to recommend and agree on technological solutions that align with business goals.
  • Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile ceremonies to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
