We’re looking for 2 experienced Front End Engineers to join an exciting technology programme delivering modern, high-quality user interfaces within an AI-focused environment.

6 month initial contract role (inside Ir35)- London city - 1-2 days per week onsite

You’ll work on the design and development of React and Redux based applications, taking new functionality from prototype through to production while helping to shape front-end architecture, API integration and engineering best practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop modern, scalable front-end applications using React, Redux and TypeScript.
  • Build intuitive UIs capable of managing and presenting multiple workflows and complex data.
  • Work with engineering teams to define and assess API structures, ensuring solutions meet performance and SLA requirements.
  • Improve SDLC and engineering practices, including mock services, automated testing, code quality and development standards.
  • Develop comprehensive unit and E2E testing, driving strong automated test coverage.
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines within GitLab, including automated E2E test execution.
  • Utilise modern AI-assisted development tooling to accelerate engineering and improve developer productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions through to production.

  • Strong commercial experience with React
  • Excellent TypeScript / JavaScript development skills
  • Strong experience with Redux and front-end state management
  • REST APIs and integration experience
  • Unit, integration and E2E testing
  • CI/CD and GitLab
  • Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture and SDLC practices
  • Experience of AI-assisted coding/development tools would be highly advantageous
