Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and professional experience, including but not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or software development.
- Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and cloud computing platforms.
- Experience with relevant tools and technologies such as Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS are preferred.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Implementing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and clients.
- Participating in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Monitoring system performance and implementing necessary improvements to optimize efficiency and security.
- Documenting system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with security policies and industry standards to safeguard company and client data.
