About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Recruitment Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and presenting suitable candidates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (advantageous)
- Proactive mindset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the company's applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve overall processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
