Hiring: Frontend Developer – Vue.js 3
Location: Remote within the UK
Contract: Inside IR35
Rate: £300–£350 per day
Security Requirement: 5 years of continuous UK residency with BPSS eligibility, or active SC clearance
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Vue.js 3, JavaScript, modern web development, automated testing, and API integration. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely within the UK and contribute to the development of modern, scalable, secure, and user-friendly web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain modern web applications using Vue.js 3.
- Develop reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture.
- Create responsive and accessible applications across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Improve frontend performance, usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, product teams, and other technical stakeholders.
- Follow modern development standards, code-quality practices, and Git-based workflows.

Essential Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js 3.
- Strong JavaScript experience, including ES6+.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, responsive design, and web standards.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.
- Understanding of frontend state-management approaches.
- Experience using Git and modern development workflows.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps.
- Experience writing automated unit tests using Jest.
- Experience with end-to-end testing using Cypress and/or Playwright.
- Knowledge of frontend build tools and package managers.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
