About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality environmental assessments, regulatory compliance support, and sustainable solutions to our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from environmental impact assessments to remediation strategies, within a collaborative and innovative setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project deliverables, liaising with clients and regulatory agencies, and contributing to the development of sustainable practices that align with our company's mission of environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • A master's degree or relevant professional certifications such as the Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) or equivalent will be advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international environmental regulations, environmental impact assessment procedures, and sustainability practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills are required to succeed in this role.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving, is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental assessments and prepare comprehensive reports in accordance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
  • Assist clients in obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation.
  • Develop and implement sustainable strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated environmental services across various projects.
  • Engage with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and address environmental concerns.
  • Monitor and evaluate environmental impacts during project execution, recommending mitigation measures as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging environmental policies, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and contributing to client relationships.
