About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are at the beginning of their development careers or possess up to two years of experience and are eager to expand their skills within a supportive and modern development environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging marketing websites that support lead generation efforts, collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of front-end development experience
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React
  • Solid understanding of software development pipelines, continuous deployment, and integration processes
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in software development
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Proactive team player with a growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain marketing websites aimed at enhancing lead generation and user engagement
  • Investigate complex technical problems and articulate clear, effective plans to address them
  • Confidently deliver solutions and proposed plans to team members and stakeholders
  • Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability
  • Understand and implement testing methodologies such as TDD, BDD, and E2E testing when appropriate
  • Proactively suggest system improvements, new tools, or innovative ways of working to enhance development processes
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to recommend and agree on technological solutions aligned with project goals
