The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT project management, technical support, or system administration is essential. Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and software development practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to liaise effectively with diverse teams and clients. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a keen attention to detail. Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and clients, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative IT solutions that improve operational workflows.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems, to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and policies to support ongoing maintenance and compliance.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and upgrades.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Ensure all IT activities comply with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
