Front-End Developer

Hybrid - Warrington

£60,000-£75,000

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing UK consumer brand with a strong direct-to-consumer presence and a rapidly expanding digital and retail footprint. The business continues to invest heavily in technology, customer experience, product innovation and international expansion.

With ambitious plans for the future, the company is focused on enhancing its digital channels, expanding into new markets and delivering exceptional customer experiences across web, mobile and retail touchpoints.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Front-End Developer to help shape the digital experience for customers. You'll be responsible for building and optimising customer-facing features across the company's website and app, with a focus on driving conversion, improving user experience and supporting continued business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and optimise front-end features across a Shopify Plus storefront.
  • Translate UX/UI designs into clean, performant and accessible code.
  • Work closely with Product, Design and Ecommerce stakeholders to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives through effective implementation.
  • Ensure site performance, accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser/device compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and defects.
  • Collaborate with external development partners on larger initiatives and support knowledge transfer where required.
  • Contribute to platform strategy discussions, including theme development and future architecture considerations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
