About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruitment Consultant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals into a variety of client projects. Your primary focus will be to understand client requirements thoroughly, identify suitable candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop industry expertise, and build lasting relationships within the IT sector.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Proactive approach
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client requirements and organizational culture to identify the best-fit candidates
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing feedback and guidance throughout the process
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates to foster ongoing partnerships
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence to advise clients effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities within the company's ATS and CRM systems
