About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and coordinate resources effectively. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within agile and waterfall environments will be advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems proactively.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks effectively, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Monitor project progress continuously, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and gather feedback.
- Ensure all projects adhere to organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among team members, vendors, and clients to foster a productive working environment.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, providing detailed reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned for future initiatives.
