About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of a modern React and TypeScript platform, playing a pivotal role in shaping its future development. Your expertise will influence architecture decisions, engineering standards, and the overall developer experience, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and accessible web applications. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on impactful features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to innovative solutions used by a global customer base.
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring the maintainability of the frontend stack. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to implement best practices, improve existing systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your technical leadership will help set standards for frontend development excellence within the organization, making a meaningful impact on the overall product quality and user experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in modern frontend tools and frameworks, including Vite, Ant Design, and SCSS.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS Amplify, AppSync, and GraphQL.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and internationalization (i18n).
- Experience with testing frameworks like Vitest, Testing Library, and MSW.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of security best practices and dependency management.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality features within a React 18+ and TypeScript-based application.
- Take ownership of and enhance Vite-based development and build tooling to improve efficiency.
- Create reusable, scalable components and establish frontend architecture patterns that promote consistency and maintainability.
- Implement accessible, responsive user interfaces utilizing Ant Design and SCSS, ensuring optimal user experiences across devices.
- Integrate frontend components with AWS Amplify, AppSync, and GraphQL services to facilitate seamless data interactions.
- Drive improvements in frontend performance, reliability, and overall code quality.
- Implement internationalization (i18n) features to support multiple languages and regional formats.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and facilitate continuous integration processes.
- Participate actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making to uphold engineering standards.
- Manage dependencies, security updates, and technical debt to maintain a clean and secure codebase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, production-ready solutions on schedule.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve developer workflows, tooling, and frontend development practices.
