About The Role
As a Senior Front-End Developer at Method Grid, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform by developing and implementing innovative features that enhance user experience and functionality. Working closely with our backend team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and accessible front-end solutions that align with our product vision and technical standards.

This role involves regular deployment of new features and significant platform releases planned for 2026 and beyond. You will be expected to bring strong expertise in front-end technologies, particularly Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of industry standards. Your experience with component-based architecture and agile practices such as test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) will be essential in maintaining our high-quality codebase.
While the primary focus is on front-end development, a secondary understanding of full-stack debugging—particularly with back-end languages like PHP and Python—will be advantageous. Your contributions will directly impact the usability, accessibility, and overall quality of our platform, making a tangible difference to our customers' project delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a front-end developer with a strong portfolio of Vue.js projects.
- Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on building accessible and responsive interfaces.
- Experience with component-based architecture and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including TDD and BDD.
- Optional experience in full-stack development, particularly debugging PHP and Python back-end issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore new technologies and contribute to R&D initiatives.
- Previous experience working in or with start-up or scale-up technology companies is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality front-end features using Vue.js, ensuring they meet accessibility and responsiveness standards.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality across the platform.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Implement and advocate for best practices in component-based architecture, TDD, and BDD.
- Identify and troubleshoot front-end issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain platform stability.
- Engage in research and development activities to explore new technologies and innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user guides to support platform features.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and delivering features on schedule.
