About The Role

We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join a rapidly scaling FinTech AI platform based in London, with hybrid working options and remote opportunities across Europe. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing complex, high-performance frontend applications using TypeScript and React.
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, profiling, and optimization techniques to ensure responsive and smooth user interfaces.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and best practices to maintain code quality and reliability.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
  • Experience working within a FinTech environment or similar fast-paced, innovative sectors is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within a challenging and rewarding role.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex, data-rich, and responsive user interfaces using TypeScript and React.
  • Profile and optimize frontend code to enhance application performance and responsiveness.
  • Implement and uphold best practices in code quality, including automated testing and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, including edge cases, to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies and methodologies to improve development processes.
  • Support the company's growth by adapting to evolving project requirements and scaling solutions accordingly.
