About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer to join our talented team at Hackajob Ltd. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, is essential. Familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js, as well as backend technologies such as Node.js or Django, is highly desirable. Strong understanding of database management systems, RESTful APIs, and version control systems like Git is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and features that enhance the user experience on the Hackajob platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Implement best practices for software development, including code optimization, security, and performance tuning.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the platform and internal processes.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of applications, ensuring reliability and availability.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
