About Descrial
Descrial is an AI work-execution platform purpose-built for alternative investment firms and their portfolio companies and securely orchestrates proprietary data, external sources, and workflows. Descrial is an important pillar of Enterprise Intelligence Orchestration (EIO) and enables it by structuring and standardizing data while embedding domain expertise, thereby enabling faster and contextual analysis, broader coverage, and more intelligent decision-making. It is backed by TresVista's 1,800+ employees and deep domain expertise across investment diligence, research, valuation, fund administration, accounting, and data analytics. The team is small, senior, high-ownership, and in-office, with direct access to the Executive Committee.
Overview
As a Front-End Engineer on the UK core team, you will build the interfaces investment professionals live in: data-dense dashboards, document-centric workflows, and AI-assisted experiences where trust and verifiability are part of the design. The stack is React and React Native with TypeScript, a shared component system themable across tenants, and the performance discipline that data-heavy enterprise UI demands.
Roles and Responsibilities
Product engineering
- Build complex product surfaces in React / React Native with TypeScript: advanced forms, analytics dashboards, real-time updates, and rich document views
- Build data-dense experiences properly: grid components (AG Grid / MUI DataGrid class), virtualisation, CSS Grid/Flexbox layouts that hold at scale
- Implement AI-experience patterns: streaming responses, citation and verification affordances, and graceful failure states for model-backed features
- Design the interface for agentic workflows: approval and hand-off steps, visibility of what a tool call is doing, partial-progress states, and letting a user interrupt or correct an agent mid-run
- Make model-backed interactions feel responsive: perceived-performance work for calls that take seconds rather than milliseconds
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
