The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Frontend Engineer to join a growing engineering team building modern, user-focused web applications. You'll work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-performance digital experiences used by customers across a range of platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating clean, scalable code, solving complex UI challenges, and contributing to products from concept through to delivery.

With a flexible 90% remote working model, you'll only be required in our London office occasionally for collaboration sessions, planning meetings, and team events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications.
  • Build reusable frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform designs into engaging user experiences.
  • Work alongside backend engineers to integrate APIs and services.
  • Optimise application performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and share best practices across the engineering team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues.
  • Contribute to technical decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
