Position: Frontend Engineer (Tailwind)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30 - $90/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust, responsive web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and maintain a consistent, scalable design system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize frontend performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and enforcing best practices.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our UI architecture and component library.
- Champion accessibility and usability standards to deliver inclusive products.

Requirements
- Have extensive experience developing complex frontends with React and JavaScript.
- Possess expertise in Tailwind CSS, with a passion for responsive and scalable design systems.
- Have strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization best practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver pixel-perfect UIs closely aligned with design requirements.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working remotely.
