About the Company

Our client is a specialist prediction markets trading firm, operating at the frontier of financial markets in partnership with major institutional players. They are building the premier prediction market platform, empowering traders to take positions on real-world events and generating market-driven forecasts for decision makers. The platform sits behind a CFTC regulated exchange and clearing business, and the engineering team is lean, highly skilled, and building infrastructure that operates at genuine exchange scale.

The Role

As Frontend Quality Assurance Specialist you will be a key technical contributor driving quality across the firm's instrument management systems. You will carry out hands-on manual testing of internal and customer-facing interfaces, build out front-end automation coverage, and extend the QA automation framework to ensure the seamless orchestration of instrument listings and settlement instructions. This is a detail-focused role for an engineer who wants to work closely with Product and Engineering to enforce rigorous quality standards across a regulated, high-stakes trading platform, and to be central to delivering a reliable, high-performance service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
