Our focus on In-Play betting has solidified our market-leading position, featuring more than 1.38 million In-Play sporting events a year. With over 750 concurrent sporting fixtures at peak and more live sports streamed than anyone else in Europe (750,000), we handle over 6 million HTTP requests daily and process more than 1.5 million bets per hour at peak.
Job Description
As a Frontend Software Developer, you will help shape live sports experiences with sharp, scalable code.
You will be joining our sports platform In-Play team, working on our flagship Sports product to enhance our product offering with innovative new features. It is an exciting time as we continue to grow based on the constant success of our product, and new opportunities in emerging markets.

Our product offers real-time betting opportunities on live sporting events, as well as industry-leading features such as Live Streaming and Match Live, to enhance the customer experience.
You will help to deliver the best front end and user centric experience for our customers and team members. You will be exposed to challenges beyond the client facing products and have ability to develop low latency, highly available and scalable solutions.
With a solid foundation in software delivery, your technical knowledge, attention to detail, people skills and passion for software development will be invaluable to the success of the team.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
- Experience building and maintaining user interfaces for complex, high-traffic products.
- Ability to design front end solutions that support low-latency and highly available services.
- Experience working with high volumes of transactions or real-time data.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Golang, C#,.Net, Java, C++ or C.
- Experience working with Scrum or other agile software delivery methods.
- Understanding of CI systems, continuous build processes and developer tooling.
- Ability to assess technical trade-offs and contribute to practical solution design.
- Working knowledge of AI and how it can support software development.

- Maintain and improve clean, maintainable code.
- Identify technical improvements that strengthen performance and quality.
- Support Software Product Owners with technical input and delivery context.
- Enhance the existing code base to support ongoing product development.
- Support the testing team during project testing phases.
- Contribute to solution proposals and delivery decisions.
- Create accurate work effort estimates for planned changes.
