About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Projects Supervisor to join our growing FS Projects team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to develop their career within a fast-growing business, with genuine opportunities for progression and long-term development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the delivery of facilities and building services projects across multiple client sites throughout the South of England. The role will involve regular travel and flexibility to work both day and night shifts as dictated by project requirements and client operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the safe and efficient delivery of facilities, M&E, refurbishment, and building services projects.
- Coordinate site activities and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct site visits, progress inspections, and quality checks.
- Ensure all activities are undertaken in accordance with company health and safety procedures.
- Monitor project programmes and provide regular progress updates.
- Liaise directly with clients, site representatives, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Assist with project planning, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimise disruption and maintain project momentum.
- Complete project documentation, reports, and site records.
- Support the continuous improvement and growth of the Projects team.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous supervisory experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, M&E, Construction, or a related industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a project environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the South of England.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including day and night shifts where required.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
