What you'll do

As a Partner, you will take ownership of the most challenging FS transaction mandates, leading end-to-end execution on complex insurance and alternative lending deals. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, structuring, negotiating, and delivering high-value assignments while mentoring and developing junior colleagues. You will play a central role in driving new business, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm. Your insights and leadership will help shape how the practice operates, ensuring both technical excellence and commercial success.

What you'll need

  • Significant experience in FS transaction services, with deep expertise in insurance and alternative lending sub-sectors
  • Proven track record leading complex deals from origination to execution
  • Strong client relationship management and business development skills
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering high performance and professional growth
  • Exceptional communication and commercial judgment, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
