Role Description

The FS8 Network Performance Manager (Maternity Cover) is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role is responsible for monitoring and optimizing performance across the FS8 studio and franchise network, using data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. The manager will work closely with franchisees and studio leaders to set performance benchmarks, implement improvement plans, and ensure consistency in brand standards and operational excellence.

Daily activities include:

  • Reviewing KPIs
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Preparing performance updates for senior leadership
  • Contributing to strategic projects that drive growth and member retention

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: To interpret performance data, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: To engage franchisees, studio teams, and internal stakeholders in a clear, collaborative manner.
  • Performance Management Experience: Including setting targets, reviewing results, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Training Capabilities: To support development of studio and franchise staff through coaching, workshops, and best-practice sharing.
  • Budgeting Skills: To assist with financial planning, resource allocation, and assessment of network profitability.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in multi-site or franchise operations within fitness, wellness, or hospitality environments is highly beneficial.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, performance dashboards, CRM (Loyalsnap), and Mindbody.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work on-site in London, manage multiple priorities, and build positive relationships across a diverse network.
