FSQ Coordinator
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Site Based
We are actively seeking applications for the role of FSQ Coordinator to join an industry leader that provides opportunities for training and progression to the right candidates. You will be working in a production environment within a meat processing plant in one of Europe's leading food companies; suppliers of choice to a range of leading local, national and international supermarket, foodservice and manufacturing businesses exporting to over 50 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Technical Compliance Manager, the Food Safety and Quality Coordinator will be responsible for providing the necessary support, quality and compliance to the existing Food Safety and Quality team. The duties include implementation of procedures and controls to ensure the safety and legality of all products.
Qualifications
- Food safety experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential
- A basic knowledge of food manufacturing operations and quality systems is desirable.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload to suit changing needs.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and methodical in your approach to tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Competent in Microsoft programmes such as Excel/word.
