Account Director – Experiences

London (W1)

12 Month FTC

Create experiences people want to be part of.

We’re looking for an Account Director to join the Experiences team at Mongoose. Helping us create memorable moments that connect brands with the people who matter to them.

This is a senior role combining great client service, creative thinking, commercial understanding and excellent delivery.

You’ll work between our senior leadership and account management teams, taking ownership of key client relationships and overseeing multiple campaigns and live experiences. You’ll also support and develop colleagues, collaborate with specialists from across the agency and identify opportunities to grow our client partnerships.

If you understand what it takes to deliver brilliant live experiences and enjoy bringing people together to turn ideas into reality, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of accounts from brief through to delivery, making sure the thinking is considered, the execution is excellent and projects deliver against both client and commercial objectives.

You’ll:

  • Lead and support the account management team across client service, finance, field operations and day-to-day delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, developing a clear understanding of their objectives and helping them get the best from Mongoose.
  • Oversee multiple campaigns, activations and events, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with our creative, strategy, social and wider integrated teams to turn client briefs into compelling activation plans.
  • Contribute ideas and industry insight to pitches, proposals and client projects.
  • Take commercial responsibility across your accounts, including budget management, tracking, reconciliation and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and contribute to new business initiatives.
  • Support the development of colleagues, providing clear direction, constructive feedback and an environment in which people can do their best work.
  • Contribute to how we work as an agency, sharing ideas and helping improve our processes and culture.
  • Support live event delivery, which may occasionally involve working outside standard office hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
