Bray Leino is a full-service brand growth agency established in North Devon in 1973, with further offices in Bristol, London and Norwich, servicing national and global B2B and B2C clients.
About the Role…
We’re looking for an Account Manager with experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns to join our team and play a key role for our clients.
You’ll be at the heart of your accounts, acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients and working closely with teams across the business to keep projects moving. This role has a key focus on delivering projects to a high standard, on time and within budget.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing multiple projects and bringing people together to get great work out the door.
You’ll be…
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and acting as a key day-to-day point of contact.
- Managing client briefs through to final delivery.
- Coordinating internal teams and keeping everyone aligned across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, costs and documentation.
- Leading client calls and confidently presenting work and project updates.
- Supporting the development of creative and strategic work, predominantly across digital platforms with some exposure to events.
- Keeping senior stakeholders informed and escalating potential risks when needed.
- Ensuring appropriate processes, governance and compliance requirements are followed across client work.

What we are looking for…
- Agency-based experience
- Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns – experience working on eComm, website and SEO projects would be preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience managing budgets, estimates, invoicing or financial tracking.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence leading client conversations, meetings and presentations.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
