Your new company

Join a well-established UK retail brand with a strong multi-channel presence and a loyal customer base. With a significant eCommerce operation and continued investment in digital growth, the business is focused on driving online performance and optimising customer acquisition through data-led marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a recognised retailer's digital success story.

Your new role

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of paid search and performance marketing activity, with a particular focus on Google Shopping and Product Listing Ads (PLAs). Working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, you will drive customer acquisition, maximise return on ad spend, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance across paid channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Shopping and Product Listing Ads.
  • Driving online revenue, traffic, and customer acquisition through performance marketing activity.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Managing budgets and forecasting performance against key business objectives.
  • Working closely with merchandising, eCommerce, and trading teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities.
  • Analysing customer, product, and campaign data to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with external agencies and technology partners where applicable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
