We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Fuel Administrator to join our team in Aldridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong customer relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of essential fuel services

Role Purpose
As Fuel Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the fuel desk, ensuring customer fuel requirements are fulfilled efficiently and professionally. You will act as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers, coordinating fuel deliveries, monitoring fuel levels and supporting the commercial success of the fuel service offering
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily transactional requirements of the fuel desk.
- Monitor and respond promptly to enquiries received through the fuel inbox.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the fuel ordering and delivery process.
- Liaise with fuel suppliers regarding order processing, delivery scheduling, failed deliveries, proof of delivery requests and customer queries.
- Monitor fuel levels and arrange replenishment for fuel-managed contracts using dedicated software systems.
- Produce accurate monthly customer invoices.
- Support the achievement of fuel revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are followed in line with company standards.
- Prepare reports and performance information for management as required.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or coordination role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers and suppliers.
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and managing customer expectations.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
