工作职责
- 配送团队的管理包括招聘，调配司机，配送培训，司机工资结算和制定司机奖罚机制以确保配送团的的正常运营;
- 熟悉周边配送区域，必要时候可以做出紧急调整和更改;
- 监测履约数据，在处理突发紧急情况时，可以保持冷静并灵活调整配送人员确保订单准时配送和运力充足，从而保证配送效率;
- 监测并控制配送成本，配送效率和团队履约率;
- 在大型活动前提前和团队沟通，预估单量并保证运力充足;
- 及时回复并处理关于订单的客诉，对顾客负责。可以安抚顾客情绪和快速追踪订单配送信息;
- 对订单管理，交付以及售后服务负责;
- 具有数据分析能力，给出相关解决方案，执行力强;
- 掌握并且熟悉各类后台系统，妥善处理日常运营中的突发情况。

任职要求
- 有主人翁精神，具有优秀的职责素养；
- 具备基本的IT技能，MS办公软件使用熟练；
- 善于思考，善于发现并且解决问题；
- 具备优秀的抗压能力;
- 优秀的英语口语能力。
