Fulfilment Lead Operator - Twilight shift (6pm-12am)

Career Step Level: Step level 1.3

Location: Blyth, Worksop

Salary: £15.76 per hour

Hours:

We are pleased to say, this is a permanent contract, you will be working a rolling average of 115 paid hrs per pay period (4 weekly), 6 hr shifts per day minus 15 mins unpaid break working on a shift pattern of Sun-Thu 6pm-midnight.

To get there, we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition to come and work for us.


🐾 The job:

  • Be accountable for the timely fulfilment of high-quality customer orders
  • Provide supervision and support to the fulfilment team in order to meet key operational metrics of quality, packing accuracy and packing rates
  • Assist the Team Leader by monitoring & improving your teams performance in order to achieve growth and accuracy in a supportive environment
  • Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures by maintaining a tidy and hygienic working environment.
  • Point of contact for Team Leader for regular performance review meetings
  • Occasional attendance and contribution at daily review meetings
  • Other general tasks waste processing, order packing etc.
  • Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Work well with multiple functional teams including Engineering, Technical, Production and Warehousing.

  • Previous experience as a line leader or area leader within the food manufacturing sector (preferred)
  • Ability to read and communicate confidently in English
  • Numerate (able to understand and work with numbers)

  • This role is 100% based in our kitchen in Blyth, Doncaster
  • You might know this role as a Machine Operator, Machine Technician, Manufacturing Technician but in Butternut, we call this a Skilled Operator.
