I’m working with a high-growth, sustainability-led consumer business looking for a hands-on Fulfilment Manager to lead its D2C operation during an exciting period of growth and new product launches.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day fulfilment performance across both high-volume letterbox orders and a rapidly growing pick-and-pack operation.
You’ll:
- Lead and develop the fulfilment team, including two Supervisors
- Own productivity, quality, OTIF and daily operational KPIs
- Plan labour and resource requirements around changing volumes
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve operational performance
- Drive SOPs, process improvements and ways of working
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse and Customer Service
- Maintain strong health & safety standards across the operation

Your Experience
- Strong D2C / B2C fulfilment or dispatch experience
- Proven experience leading sizeable operational teams
- Confident managing KPIs, productivity and labour planning
- Data-driven, commercially aware and comfortable with systems
- Calm, proactive and an excellent people leader
- Experience within FMCG or a fast-growth consumer business would be advantageous
