Job Summary
Are you looking for work as an Order Picker in the Crewe area? My Client is looking for Order Picking and Packing Operatives to work in their busy Fulfilment Distribution Centre. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- The role will include using handheld scanners to fulfil clients orders and pack them correctly ready for dispatch, checking and confirming of stock.
- Reading, understanding and programming a scanner.
- The ability to use a warehouse management system and attention to detail is essential, there may also be an element of lifting involved.

Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with shipping processes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is beneficial.
- Candidates should possess good physical fitness to handle the demands of heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
There are various shift times available. All shifts will be either, 5 consecutive days out of 7 (8 hour shifts), or 4 consecutive days out of 7 (10 hour shifts), and will include weekends.
