Fulfilment Operative
£13.18 per hour | Weekly Pay | 4 on 4 off Days (6am to 6pm) | Temp – Perm
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Fulfillment Operatives to join a busy warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products using pick lists and scanners.
- Pack customer orders safely and securely.
- Prepare and apply shipping labels and documentation.
- Carry out quality checks before dispatch.
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Load and unload deliveries.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving products safely.
What’s On Offer
- £13.18 per hour
