Fulfilment Operative

£13.18 per hour | Weekly Pay | 4 on 4 off Days (6am to 6pm) | Temp – Perm

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Fulfillment Operatives to join a busy warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick products using pick lists and scanners.
  • Pack customer orders safely and securely.
  • Prepare and apply shipping labels and documentation.
  • Carry out quality checks before dispatch.
  • Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Load and unload deliveries.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving products safely.
