What You’ll Do
As our Fulfilment & Support Lead, you'll be the operational expert behind the delivery of fundraising products and supporter fulfilment. You'll oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of campaigns and products, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure everything is delivered accurately, on time and within budget.
You'll act as the go-to specialist for fulfilment across Fundraising, helping teams identify the right solutions for their products, budgets and audiences, while ensuring compliance, efficiency and an outstanding supporter experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the operational delivery of fundraising products from concept through to fulfilment and evaluation.
- Managing relationships with key suppliers, including fulfilment houses and mailing partners, ensuring excellent service and value for money.
- Designing, documenting and continuously improving operational processes.
- Producing technical briefs and managing safe, compliant data transfers.
- Monitoring supplier performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Working collaboratively across fundraising, technology, compliance, finance, CRM, insights and procurement teams.
- Managing and developing the Fulfilment & Support team, supporting high performance and continuous improvement.
- Supporting budget planning, forecasting and expenditure management.
- Identifying and mitigating operational and supply chain risks.
- Ensuring supporters receive a seamless and engaging experience across fundraising products and channels.

We're looking for an experienced operations or fulfilment professional who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
You'll bring:
- Strong project management experience, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Significant supplier management experience, including negotiating and influencing for the best outcomes.
- Experience designing, implementing and improving operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Experience managing teams and developing colleagues.
- A highly organised, detail-focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
