Full-Cycle B2B Sales Specialist – Commission-Based
Company Description
Nexus Solutions Ltd is a back-office outsourcing agency providing reliable remote professionals who integrate directly into our clients’ existing teams and workflows.
We provide outsourced customer service, technical support, virtual receptionists, virtual assistants, administrative support, accounting support, and other operational services. Our goal is simple: help businesses add reliable capacity without the cost and complexity of hiring and managing additional in-house staff.
Role Description
We are looking for a Full-Cycle B2B Sales Specialist to help us acquire new business clients.
This is a performance-based sales role. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle — from identifying potential businesses and reaching decision-makers to presenting our services, handling objections, negotiating, and ultimately closing deals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying businesses that are likely to benefit from outsourced support.
- Finding and contacting decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other outbound channels.
- Qualifying prospects and understanding their operational and staffing needs.
- Presenting Nexus Solutions’ outsourcing services and explaining the business value clearly.
- Handling objections, negotiating terms, and moving opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Following up consistently with qualified prospects.
- Closing new B2B accounts and coordinating with our team for a smooth handover and onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Providing feedback on industries, offers, objections, and sales opportunities to improve our approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling services rather than physical products.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills.
- Ability to communicate directly with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Experience selling outsourcing, BPO, staffing, customer support, or other business services is a strong advantage.
- Ability to identify industries and businesses with a genuine need for outsourced support.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, LinkedIn, email, and other sales tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue and closed deals, not simply the number of leads generated.
- Previous experience working with an outsourcing or similar agency is highly preferred.

Compensation & Performance
This is a commission-based opportunity tied to closed deals.
We are not looking for someone whose primary goal is to generate large numbers of unqualified leads. We are looking for a salesperson who can identify real opportunities, reach decision-makers, build the business case for outsourcing, and turn qualified opportunities into paying clients.
Your performance will therefore be evaluated primarily on qualified opportunities, sales activity, and most importantly, successfully closed deals.
The stronger your results, the more you earn.
If you have a proven track record of closing B2B service deals and believe you can help us acquire new clients, we would like to hear from you.
