We believe great work deserves great pay. You will be paid at the following tiered rates:
- MondayโFriday: ยฃ14.80 per hour
- Saturday: ยฃ14.95 per hour
- Sunday: ยฃ15.15 per hour
โฐ Highly Flexible Shift Patterns
Our services operate 7 days a week. We are currently looking for staff to cover a variety of full-time and part-time shift patterns, including:
- Early & Day Shifts: 07:00 โ 18:00 | 07:00 โ 19:00 | 09:00 โ 18:00
- Evening Shifts: 16:00 โ 22:00 | 18:00 โ 22:00
- Part-time Blocks: e.g., 20-hour flexible weekly contracts available.
๐ About the Roles & Specific Packages
Youโll play a vital role in supporting our service users to live independently, with dignity and confidence. Because we provide highly tailored, person-centred care, we are currently looking to fill several specific new packages across the region.

To best support our clients' individual preferences and needs, we are currently welcoming applications from both Male and Female Care Assistants for a variety of full-time and part-time blocks.
๐ Community Languages: Strong English communication skills are essential for all our roles. However, for some of our specific local packages, being bilingual is a fantastic bonus! We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who speak Bengali.
(Please note: Where specific client packages require a male or female carer for personal care, this is an occupational requirement exempt under the Equality Act 2010).
Job Description
๐ What Youโll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, youโll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.
Youโll help with:
- Supporting with personal care โ bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming with the utmost dignity
- Assisting with medication โ preparation and safe administration
- Helping with mobility โ using aids/equipment safely and supporting rehabilitation after hospital stays
- Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
- Carrying out light domestic duties โ laundry, making beds, household tasks
- Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships

- ๐ Health Monitoring โ observing and reporting changes in condition
- ๐ฌ Emotional Support โ empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear
- ๐ Documentation โ accurate record keeping
- ๐ก๏ธ Safety & Emergency Response โ creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed
- ๐ค Collaboration โ working closely with colleagues, professionals, and families

Qualifications
๐ฆธ What Youโll Need (Besides a Cape and Superpowers!)
Hold onto your hats โ ideally, youโll have at least 6 months of social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders!
But hereโs the truth: what matters most to us is your heart of gold and your ability to sprinkle kindness wherever you go. Youโll need to be as resilient as a rubber band and as eager to learn as a curious kitten. Donโt worry โ weโll help you level up your skills and knowledge as part of our close-knit (and delightfully quirky) team.
While experience is a bonus, weโre really looking for people who:
