Full Stack AI & Automation Solutions Developer | London | Hybrid
We are currently partnering with a highly progressive professional services organisation that is making significant investment into AI, automation, cloud technology and modern software engineering across the business.
They are looking to hire a Full Stack AI & Automation Solutions Developer to play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the applications, integrations, AI agents and automation solutions that underpin their growing technology programme.
This is a genuinely hands-on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys building production-quality software, solving complex technical challenges and working across the full stack within a modern Microsoft and Azure ecosystem.

You’ll be working on:
- AI agents and automation workflows
- Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Studio integrations
- Claude Cowork plugins, skills & connectors
- Azure cloud infrastructure & data platforms
- APIs, backend services & internal applications
- RAG pipelines & LLM-powered solutions
- Frontend dashboards using React or Angular
- Power BI reporting & automation tools
Key experience they’re looking for:
- Strong full stack software engineering background
- Python, TypeScript and/or C# development
- Experience building AI or automation solutions in production environments
- Azure cloud development & integrations
- API development and systems integration experience
- Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Additional experience with Copilot Studio, Claude Cowork, LangChain, LangGraph, Power Platform, or AI orchestration frameworks would be highly beneficial.
