Who We Are
Nullware Digital Ltd. is a UK-registered software development studio and startup lab. We look for common (and sometimes very niche) problems that affect everyday people, and we build software that makes their lives easier. We are not seeking to build another version of the products that already exist, we are chasing a bigger impact to be unique in our areas of interest.
We work across the full product surface: web apps, mobile apps, automation systems, SaaS platforms, and desktop software. Alongside engineering, we handle our own design, creative content, cyber security, and SEO/ASO, which means the work we do is measured directly by how many people find and keep using it. So far, that adds up to 40,000+ app downloads and 230,000+ web clicks, with 3200+ end-user digital payments processed for our end users across 75 countries.
We are a B2C-first company, but we also partner with businesses that need real digital transformation, from initial analysis through to deployment.
We are small, deliberately. That is the point of this internship: there is no queue of twelve engineers between you and the product. What you write gets reviewed, merged, and shipped to real users.
What You'll Actually Do
This is a temporary, remote internship supporting the development and improvement of our web and mobile applications and our automation workflows. Under the guidance of our developers, you will:

- Help design, code, and test features across the full stack: front-end interfaces, back-end services, and the APIs between them.
- Write and maintain automation scripts that benefit the end users' routine workflows.
- Learn and apply best practices in software development, version control, and deployment, and flag opportunities for process improvement when you spot them. We take those suggestions seriously, including from interns.
What You'll Learn
We treat this as a training role, not a task queue. By the end of the internship, you should be comfortable with:
- Working on a real production codebase with real users and real consequences.
- Git as it is actually used on a team, branching, pull requests, code review, resolving conflicts.
- How a feature travels from idea to deployment, and what QA looks for on the way.
- Building automations that save hours of manual work, and understanding when an automation is worth building at all.
- How payment flows, app store distribution, and analytics shape the product decisions engineers make.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Very basic experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g. JavaScript, Python, or similar) and some familiarity with web or mobile frameworks (e.g. React, Flutter, React Native).
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to follow technical guidance and, just as importantly, ask clarifying questions when something is unclear.
- Comfort collaborating in a remote, distributed environment, where written communication carries most of the weight.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. No specific number of years or months of experience required.

Nice to have, but we'll teach you:
- Interest in building automated workflows, and a working understanding of what a workflow is. Basic and general-culture-level knowledge is enough, no technical knowledge required.
- Version control tools (e.g. Git). If you've never used Git beyond
git push, that's fine. We'll teach you what it is, why it exists, and why it matters on real products. - Working with Web Billing APIs & In-App Purchase APIs
- 3D Website design - Coding without vibe-coded view
- Build and deployment to Google Play & App Store & Huawei AppGallery
- Any exposure to REST APIs, databases, CI/CD, or scripting for automation.
- Personal or side projects you can show us, however small or unfinished. Knowledge to monetize side projects.
Practical Details
- Location: Fully remote. Location of the applicant preferably United Kingdom, Germany, or Türkiye.
- Duration: 1-3 months, with a possible extension / possible transition to a longer-term role.
- Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible around your studies.
- Start date: October 2026
