Staff Full Stack Data Analyst

Location: London
Hybrid (2-3 days per week)
Contract Length: 6 months +
Start Date: ASAP

We're partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led business looking for a Staff Full Stack Data Analyst to join a high-impact commercial analytics function on a fixed-term contract basis.

This is an opportunity for a senior data professional to step into an established role where you'll influence commercial strategy, shape analytical direction, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business. You'll have significant autonomy, ownership, and visibility from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and evolve the analytical architecture supporting customer acquisition, growth, retention, and customer lifecycle insights.
  • Partner with commercial and operational leaders to solve complex business challenges through data.
  • Deliver actionable insights that influence business strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Define and maintain trusted business metrics and reporting standards.
  • Improve data quality, governance, and analytical best practices across the organisation.
  • Build scalable analytics solutions designed for both self-service reporting and AI-enabled decision-making.
  • Mentor analysts and contribute to a strong data culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in analytics and analytics engineering within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
  • Advanced SQL and dbt expertise with a strong focus on data modelling and architecture.
  • Strong experience working with BigQuery or similar modern cloud data platforms.
  • Deep expertise with BI tools such as Looker and LookML.
  • Strong understanding of commercial metrics, customer behaviour, retention, and growth analytics.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate ambiguity into actionable insight.
  • Experience mentoring data professionals and helping establish analytical standards.

  • Python experience.
  • Experience with experimentation and statistical analysis.
