About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various industry sectors, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency or corporate HR department.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across various industries.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and utilize social media channels to attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
