About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant – Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team in London, UK. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex engagement efforts from initial business process consulting and problem identification to designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the overall technical architecture, guiding project teams on best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. As a thought leader, you will participate in architecture and design reviews, drive business pursuit initiatives, and contribute to client training and internal capability development. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence client success and to work on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in .Net and WPF
- Deep knowledge of relational databases and data management
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native development practices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools
- Relevant academic qualifications or certifications in software development or related fields
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project engagement, from requirements gathering to deployment
- Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack solutions using .Net and WPF technologies
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical architecture and solution design
- Guide project teams on best practices, coding standards, and agile processes
- Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure technical excellence
- Participate in business pursuit initiatives, proposal development, and client presentations
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster skill development
- Contribute to internal capability building and knowledge sharing activities
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
