About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer (ML Ops) to join our vibrant team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing scalable REST APIs
- Building robust backend services primarily in Java
- Creating intuitive front-end interfaces using React and Redux
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to deploy applications on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and performance

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A solid background in full stack development
- Proven experience in Java, React, and Redux
- A strong understanding of REST API design principles and experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS
- Familiarity with ML Ops practices and tools
Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset. Prior experience working in fintech or social learning environments will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support platform functionalities and integrations.
- Build and optimize backend services using Java, ensuring scalability and security.
- Create engaging and responsive user interfaces with React and Redux, enhancing user experience.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement ML Ops workflows to facilitate machine learning model deployment and management.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold code quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
