About The Role

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience of at least [X] years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, as well as a good understanding of employment laws and best practices, is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and organizational culture.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication and hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS.
- Provide market insights and advise clients on talent trends and competitive compensation packages.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the client base and promote the company's services.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
