Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and organizational culture.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication and hiring processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS.
• Provide market insights and advise clients on talent trends and competitive compensation packages.
• Participate in business development activities to expand the client base and promote the company's services.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
