About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Chameleon IT Solutions Limited. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and scalability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead junior developers in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years of hands-on development experience, with at least 12 months of mentoring or leading junior engineers. Essential qualifications include proficiency in modern web development technologies and frameworks, along with a solid understanding of software architecture and best practices. Candidates must have experience working with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools, as well as strong communication skills. Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restrictions is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, Node.js, and other modern frameworks.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications through code reviews and adherence to industry standards.
- Implement and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines using AWS, Github, and related tools to streamline deployment and maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and project outcomes.
